  Very helpful did what they could to help us. The out side might not look inviting go in and yes it's a haven everything you want from a hotel the rooms quite clean comfortable well equipped

  Really lovely staff, so helpful if there is a problem, I’ve stayed twice now and always feel heard and listened to by them. Nice rooms, clean, overall I’d recommend :-)

  Room is decent windows a little dirty and marks on the carpet, however the service we have received has been great as had a issue with our previous room, and can't complain at the location having a sea view from our room.

  Awful place! Room was dingy and dark and hot! Window didn't open and given location in Clacton probably for safety of guests for the best! High scruffy hedge blocked any view out of the window. Breakfast was OK. But advised as there was 6 of us we could only have the table for an hour - sure enuf after an hour a less than charming waitress told us we needed to leave and started clearing the table! Not one of Premier Inns best examples- neither rooms location or staff
