  The only reason it is not a 5 star review is becuase of lack of air-conditioning. Hotel very nice, bar and restaurant area very comfortable and Jordan who served us at breakfast and the guy in reception were exceptional. Jordan also took our baggage into safe keeping and as I had an old RAF Flight bag shared a family story about the RAF. He has great people skills and should be used as to show other branches how to treat customers.

  We stopped here as this Premier Inn has their Tyme restaurant. We stopped here enroute from our home to a week's hols in Suffolk. It's within the service area yet still quiet. Warm friendly staff. We had a good comfortable room. We had the meal deal which one just can't beat.

  Excellent hotel, stayed here many times through work but am now changing jobs so will be unlikely to visit Chelmsford in future. Always stay in Premier Plus rooms which are lovely to stay in and always clean and comfortable. I've no complaints about the food (never had a bad meal) and the meal deal is very good value for money. The staff are friendly, polite and always happy to help. I often walk out of there feeling more important than I am! I mentioned yesterday afternoon that this was most likely my last night there and during my evening meal they brought me over a free drink to say farewell! If you get the chance to stay here I would highly recommend it.

  A very pleasant experience Staff really pleasant and the food was cooked to order which was a bonus . Great selection of breakfast. Definitely recommend

  This is probably the best Premier Inn I’ve stayed at in a very long time. Excellent staff without exception. Lovely welcome on the three nights I’ve stayed here. All the staff were friendly and welcoming Food was very good, both the evening meal and breakfast The room I was in was definitely the cleanest and best presented I’ve had recently. If only all premier inns were like this Well done guys you are one of the best 👍
