Seriously poor. The room was appalling. Cracked sink, stained furniture and shower curtain. Bathroom mould… and so much more. Review the response from Premier Inn. Astonished that when viewing the images provided that they replied with a generic response. I simply want a full refund.

Room stank, paid for early check in and the room wasn’t ready. All round bad experience

A great place to stay in Chelmsford considering the pricing. Breakfast is excellent. Very close to Chelmsford railway station if you're considering popping down to London.

Ottima posizione, pulizia e cortesia. Si respira aria di relax e comfort. Un grazie speciale per Giulio che coccola tutti i suoi clienti come se fossero amici di vecchia data!!!
