  Nice prem inn but not happy that parking was full so staff advised me to park in the station - £11 per day - which expires at 4:30am so you have to book 2 days . £22 . Really? !

  I am not one to normally write reviews but on this occasion I feel compelled to recognise and praise the fantastic staff at the premier inn Brentwood. Every individual member of staff without exception carry out there jobs with maximum efficiency and a wonderful level of customer service seemingly adaptable to every type of guest they are accommodating. My stay here has been under difficult circumstances and I can say without hesitation the support and understanding towards me has been a credit to themselves and premier inn hotels. I would like to mention two outstanding members of staff that not only carry out the responsibilities of there jobs faultlessly but also on a personal level have helped me without once making me feel a nuisance and have been so compassionate it’s very humbling well done and a huge thank you to Sarah, and Kerry you are a true credit to your employees And a mention to Taylor and Gary well done guys and thank you both two

  Good location - but two problems. Firstly my room smelled like sewage, emanating from the bathroom. I had to keep the bathroom light on to enable the fan to keep running so the smell wouldn't accumulate. Secondly, the male staff member who checked me in refused to give me a spare room key, stating this was for 'security' - I've never experieced this anywhere in the world and I suspect he actually did this to gatekeep me from having any visitors. I felt like he kept watch over me whilst I was staying in the hotel, leaping outside to monitor me whilst pretending to take a cigarette break. I felt like I was being watched the whole time, it wasn't a pleasant experience.

  Visited here, and when i ordered my meal they had no prawns for the linguine instead the put in a grilled chicken. All i can say it thank you whomever thought of this, liked it so much i order it where i can. Great staff, great hotel.

  If I could give this premier in 0 stars I would! I needed up checking out a day early due to not trusting I was safe here and would rather do a 4 hour trip home and 4 hour trip back to work the next day than stop! I have escalated this to guest services at the start of the month and response was they would investigate and get back to me, I have since sent 2 more emails to be ignored! Car park wasn’t big enough for how many rooms so not only did I end up paying for a weeks parking with the premier inn (I wasn’t informed not to) I had to spend money parking at the train station, they tried to give me cold raw chicken twice and the male waiter was extreamly rude! I stayed in a premier plus room and the air con didn’t work on the hottest week of the year! I wasn’t going to write a review I thought we could deal with this in private but as they have chosen to ignore all chances they obviously cared asmuch as the hotel staff did! Stay away there are much better places close by that has better parking and won’t try to give you food poisoning or attitude in the restaurant!
