Room was ok just needed that extra push on cleaning, The reception area and lifts need a very good clean look's tatty and didn't have anyone on reception nearly every time I passed by on route to room . Certainly not up to par as other Premier inn that I have used before! Also the fact no parking is not great as if you need to use the station car park bit of a walk especially if a loan female during the darker evenings.

I am not one to normally write reviews but on this occasion I feel compelled to recognise and praise the fantastic staff at the premier inn Brentwood. Every individual member of staff without exception carry out there jobs with maximum efficiency and a wonderful level of customer service seemingly adaptable to every type of guest they are accommodating. My stay here has been under difficult circumstances and I can say without hesitation the support and understanding towards me has been a credit to themselves and premier inn hotels. I would like to mention two outstanding members of staff that not only carry out the responsibilities of there jobs faultlessly but also on a personal level have helped me without once making me feel a nuisance and have been so compassionate it’s very humbling well done and a huge thank you to Sarah, and Kerry you are a true credit to your employees And a mention to Taylor and Gary well done guys and thank you both two
