  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I’d like to give a massive thank you to Jodie at Premier Inn Hull North for the exceptional help she gave me tonight. My company had failed to properly confirm my booking, leaving me in a difficult situation after a long and tiring day. Jodie immediately recognised that I was exhausted and went above and beyond to help sort out my room and make what could have been a very stressful situation as smooth and straightforward as possible. The level of professionalism, kindness and genuine care Jodie showed was honestly the best customer service I have received from an employee in a very long time. She didn’t just do her job — she took the time to understand the situation and did everything she could to put things right. Jodie deserves all the credit and recognition for what she did for me tonight. Employees like her are a real credit to Premier Inn. Thank you, Jodie. I genuinely really appreciate everything you did for me tonight. Exceptional service. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  Service was great along with the attached restaurant was also a great experience and welcoming. Room standard Premier inn and never disappoints 😊

  Receptionist helped me out on arrival with an issue and the even pointed me towards where the football was belongs shown. Oh and the rooms are good too

  One of the nicer Premiers we've stayed in. Some are on need of quite a bit of tlc but this one is up togerher and clean. Reception not overly talkative but polite enough, however the lady on reception when we left was extremely friendly and gave us lots of tips on the place we were going that day. Only downside was very low water pressure and the water from the "cold" tap on sink was warm. Shops close by and central for the trips we had. planned.
