Restaurant very empty now it only serves breakfast for the hotel. So some of the food isn’t as freshly cooked as before. But still enjoyable

Breakfast was terrible, beans dry, mushrooms dry, bacon over cooked and hard so would avoid if possible. Arrived on the Friday night and the hallway was filthy and not hoovered for a long time. We went out for the day and asked for the room to be refreshed with clean towels and bedding but this was not done so unfortunately I can’t recommend this place at all and the only good thing was the bed was comfortable

Location is good and there's a nice Italian restaurant over the road, and the reception staff were friendly. However, the hotel itself is very tired and shabby. The linked Beefeater next door was shutting down the next week, so was pretty awful so we avoided that for breakfast.

Good stay, exactly what you would expect from a premier inn, easy and convenient. Food was good from next door.
