  Fine, but wifi is terrible, mobil phone signal is terrible. Heating / cooling doesn't do anything except make a noise

  This is not Premier inn standard. When I checked in the woman was more interested in gossiping in the office than serving at front desk which rushed check in speaking too quickly. I stayed in room 110 at the top of the stairs above the entrance door, so heard all entries and exits. The bathroom had mouldy seal and limescale build up around bath taps, staining around sink plug, torn towel, a hairdryer that wouldn't put a match out, lipstick on the glass mug and dust dirt above the heater. £123 for a Thursday in a hotel worse than a Blackpool B&B, I am appreciative it was a work trip so i wasn't the one paying.

  Had to cancel booking for a weddimg party in Brewers fayre. They could not guarantee us food they are closing in September Was booked early this year and they cannot ensure us food. Not good enough very dissapointed

  I stayed there for two weeks and also enjoyed the restaurant. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the room was comfortable and clean. It was a bit noisy because it was very close to the highway, overall it was a decent place to stay. But, the internet connection was extremely slow only around 2–3 mbps, this was very disappointing…

  Wife joined me on this trip over the weekend as she is disabled with severe walking issues this does not happen that often. Room was exactly what we asked for, bit on the hot side as they don't have any air-conditioning like a lot don't but lets face it when do we really see temperatures like this in the UK. They made sure the curtains were closed prior to arrival to keep it cool and fan in the room so manageable. Room was good size, clean, nice hot shower and plenty of towels. Only complain is the distance from reception to a disabled room being at the other end of the hotel is a nightmare for someone with mobility issues. Clearly see the heat was getting to her but she kept going and I take my hat off to her, did at first question her attitude but read that one wrong as she was really helpful.
