Desk service was poor. The cafe staff were brilliant, but the food choice was abysmal, not even any marmalade. They charged full price and it was extortionate. Not usual high standards. Is this deliberate to discourage us from coming here.

Standard Premier Inn room wise, comfortable bed and clean room and the automated check in was very efficient. Great location on the North beach and right next to the sea. If I'm in Bridlington again would stop here.

A really poor stay. Restaurant abandoned and promised pastries were non existent. Air con broken, noisy neighbours and no pillow cases made for the worst nights sleep I've ever had in a premier inn. When staff were spoken to they were unhelpful despite reluctantly agreeing to move our room.

Stayed just one night at the premier inn Bridlington, was self check in so haven't seen a single member of staff so can't rate the service, room and corridor had a strange smell, almost like a damp smell but windows don't open so this is likely to be the cause of that smell, I understand the windows not open for safety reasons, rooms were nice and cool when we arrived but we're absolutely roasting at night (was summer time as well) in which we turned temp down to it's lowest of 19 degrees C in which is the lowest it can do down to which in a room with 4 people it it still very warm, we had 2 fans with us as well but made no difference in that heat but then in the morning Aircon was on.We all said we'd had the worst night sleep ever. Paid for breakfast but was reimbursed cos the restaurant was closed. Don't recommend, won't be coming here again, Bridlington it's self is lovely and beaches great.
