  Ordered unlimited breakfast but it was sitting there and cold onced we dished up.We were not allowed to cancel our unlimited breakfast the following morning as we had to leave early and was told 'just have it. Food was more bland than the other Premier Inns and our food was served seperately so I had to wait whilst hers got cold. Noisy neighbours could easily be heard through the adjoining room. About 3 very friendly and helpful staff throughout our 2 night visit. WiFi repeatedly dropped to almost a point of no signal or WiFi. Maybe we were spoilt at the other Premier inns we had visited.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a great stay at Premier Inn Bournemouth East Cliff. The location was excellent, just a short walk from the beach, and the room was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The bed was especially comfortable, and both dinner and breakfast were good. The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. We were particularly impressed that they managed to accommodate our party of 11 for dinner at very short notice – something we really appreciated. The only minor improvement would be the breakfast service, as on a couple of mornings there was a short wait for some of the hot food to be replenished. Other than that, everything was excellent. We'd happily stay here again and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Bournemouth.

  I was apprehensive about my stay at this particular Premier Inn due to the mixed reviews but now that I have finished my stay I would consider going back. We stayed in the family room 101 and we experienced the usual Premier inn clean standards although the walls looked tired and need a lick of paint and wall paper. In this room some may find it small with a family of 4. Outside temperatures were above 20s during our stay so we didn't have the need to use the room air con as it felt comfortable to us. Our first breakfast morning was chaos and not a great start to our morning. We were met with a very long queue for a table as it seemed everyone had the same idea for coming down for breakfast at 9.10am. When we finally got a table, food items were very slow coming out onto the buffet as previous reviews have mentioned. Dispite how busy it was, the staff stayed calm and were very friendly. When checking in we were asked if we wanted to 'reserve a table for breakfast' but really what are you reserving if your coming down to no table, especially when you have hungry children. I think Premier Inn should be smart and bring back the timed reservation which would avoid situations like these and help the staff to clear tables and replenish food items. Premier Inn customer parking is entered on York road and felt secure but I believe if you park outside parking may be cheaper if this is a preferred option. Reviewers also mentioned the area and as we are Londoners we didn't feel it was that bad and we felt fine walking around. It was a long 15-20min walk down a slope to the Pier which is something to consider if you have small children or elderly people. I've given 4 stars and not 5 due to the state of the walls in our room and breakfast mayham.

  I had such a fantastic stay here with my husband, as it was our 30th anniversary, this is our favourite place to stay because of the close range of the beach and because of how welcoming and helpful the staff are everytime with a smile on their faces ,Not only that but with Premier inn new menus we had some lovely dinner in the restaurant who was managed by two young girls Orla and Daisy and Their Manger Josh who took extra care that we had no issues within our stay and manage to help us save some money on using their “meal deal “ option too! Overall me and my husband will be staying again next year . Thank you again .

  I stayed at this hotel with my partner for four days, and overall we had a great experience. The location is excellent, and our room on the top floor was very comfortable. There were a few areas that could be be improved. Unfortunately, the air conditioning wasn’t working properly, the breakfast was below our expectations, and the TV had very limited channels. An iron in the room would also have been appreciated. As someone who works in hospitality, I understand that busy days can be stressful. However, a warm smile and friendly service can make a big difference. Some members of the kitchen and floor staff seemed a bit overwhelmed, which affected the overall guest experience. That said, I would still highly recommend this hotel. These are small details that I believe can be improved, and I’m confident my next stay will be even better. I look forward to coming back, this time with more family and friends.
