  Sin limpieza de habitación. Cuando llegamos nos dijeron que para limpiar la habitación teníamos que avisar en recepción antes de las 12:00h ; pues avisamos y cuando llegamos la habitación estaba si limpiar, reclamamos en recepción, nos dijeron que subían en un rato pero nada.. mucho perdón pero nada de limpieza. El personal es amable pero se nota que hay poco y están desbordados. Que la habitación no tenga ventana que se abra para poder ventilar también en incómodo,.

  Viaje en familia 3 días a Edimburgo. Hotel de 4 estrellas El desayuno correcto suficiente Al principio muy amable el personal, las habitaciones correctas, muy buenas camas eso sí, pero al segundo día vino el problema, pedimos que se nos limpiara la habitación (pedir que nos limpien la habitación es surrealista, eso en España se da por sentado, pero bueno) a la hora que ellos nos dijeron (antes de las 12pm) y llegamos cansados por la tarde y nos encontramos la habitación sucia y sin arreglar. Pasaron de nosotros totalmente, sabían que nos íbamos al día siguiente, nos pidieron perdón 100 veces pero nadie subió a limpiar la habitación, y nos íbamos al día siguiente. Hemos visto otras opiniones que dicen lo mismo. Cuidado si sois españoles y no entendéis bien el inglés. Vamos a poner una reclamación y vamos a pedir un reembolso parcial por incumplimiento del contrato, por si le sirve a alguien. Las habitaciones NO tienen ventilación, tienen ventana pero totalmente cerrada, no se puede abrir.ñ, otra cosa incomprensible. El problema es que en España si entienden el inglés, pero en UK no entienden el español, así que preparad el traductor. Los hoteles de España, los mejores del mundo en todo, esto en España no pasa, enseguida nos lo hubieran solucionado. In english: A 3-day family trip to Edinburgh. It was a 4-star hotel; the breakfast was decent and sufficient. The staff were very friendly at first, and the rooms were fine—with very good beds, I must admit—but the problem arose on the second day. We asked for our room to be cleaned (having to actually ask for the room to be cleaned is surreal; in Spain, it’s taken for granted, but anyway) by the time they specified (before 12 PM). We returned tired in the afternoon only to find the room dirty and unmade. They completely ignored us—knowing we were leaving the next day—and apologized a hundred times, yet no one came up to clean the room, even though we were checking out the following day. We’ve seen other reviews saying the same thing. Be careful if you’re Spanish and don’t speak English well. We’re going to file a formal complaint and request a partial refund for breach of contract—just in case this helps anyone else. The rooms have NO ventilation; there is a window, but it is completely sealed shut and cannot be opened—another incomprehensible feature. The issue is that while people in Spain understand English, people in the UK don’t understand Spanish, so have a translator app ready. Spanish hotels are the best in the world in every respect; this sort of thing wouldn't happen in Spain—they would have sorted it out for us immediately.

  Good location and the staff aren't bad at all The bed sheets aren't the cleanest - not even just this branch. Clearly they're not doing what made the Premier inn great. The WiFi is unusable unless you pay for the ultimate WiFi. Why should anyone tho when you're paying 150 bucks for a PI ? Think it's a bit disappointing to see the Premier Inn become like this. You cNt cast your device to their TVs.

  Hier waren wir sehr zufrieden mit dem Premier Inn. Das Zimmer war zwar etwas klein und an ein paar Ecken schon etwas abgenutzt, aber es war sehr sauber und ruhig. Sehr positiv sind uns die tollen Mitarbeiter im Service aufgefallen. Sowohl am Empfang, als auch beim Frühstück wurden wir immer sehr nett bedient. Die Lage ist super zentral. Perfekt, wenn man mit dem Zug anreist.

  Edinburgh gezimizde 3 gece konakladık. Waverley istasyonuna yürüyerek 10 dakika. Girişi ister kendiniz yapın ister personeli bekleyin. Odalar gayet geniş. Premier Inn klasik odada pencere açılmadığını unutmayın ama bizce sıkıntı değil. Kahvaltı klasik ingiliz.. yeterli ve keyifli..Yemek alanı huzur verici. İki akşam dışarıda iskoç yemeklerini deneyimledikten sonra son akşam yemeğimizi otelde yedik. Meal deal ile çok uygun fiyat ile oldukça güzel bir akşam yemeği yedik. Bütçeniz kısıtlı ise meal deal👍.. 15 metre yanında Tesco ve 1 dakika uzakta büyük bir alışverişmerkezi var.(Premier Inn ekibine odadaki süprizleri için ayrıca teşekkür ederiz)
