  Deeply disappointed with my stay. Despite displaying the Do Not Disturb sign on my second day, a member of the cleaning team entered my room without my knowledge or consent. When I questioned her, the explanation given — that she had entered to retrieve a vacuum robot — did not hold up, as I had been in the room for over 24 hours and knew exactly how I had left it. When I calmly raised the issue directly with her, rather than the matter being handled professionally, she escalated a complaint to management about her own unauthorised entry. Most shockingly, a receptionist told me that had it been her decision, she would have had me removed for antisocial behaviour — simply for addressing a breach of my privacy. Guests have a reasonable expectation that their room will not be entered without consent. The staff attitude when challenged was defensive and unprofessional, and management failed to handle the situation with any accountability. Expected better from Premier Inn, yet not again. YOU CAN T GO IN A CUSTOMER S ROOM WITHOUT CONSENT

  Really friendly helpful staff great stop off for travelling up North. Really generous kind touches for children with the quiz and sweets lovely fund raising for charity in reception.

  Fantastic Hotel, really clean and comfortable. Staff were amazing, was really hot and was travelling with 3 young children, provided a fan for the room and also treats for the kids upon arrival. Excellent
