    I am very disappointed with Premier Inn. We were given a room and we paid £158 for it, but we can barely breathe in here. I have serious issues with my breathing, and it is extremely hot. We have tried using two or three fans, but the heat is just unbearable, and we cannot breathe at all. The window also cannot be opened. We have no idea how we are supposed to survive here. We repeatedly went to your team and asked them to help, but they did nothing to resolve the problem. The entire team was rude, and they kept saying that no other rooms were available no ac at all

    Decent location and sea views from room 707, however the overall hotel experience was very disappointing. There is no hotel parking, and nearby parking is limited to pay & display between 9am–8pm or nearby car parks. One of the cheaper options I found was Central Car Park. I also tried contacting the hotel by email before our arrival date with some general queries but never received any response, which unfortunately already gave a poor first impression before we had even checked in. We stayed in a family sea view room and although the view itself was lovely, the room condition was poor. The carpets were heavily stained, the room had a very strong unpleasant smell almost like sewage or drainage issues, and overall it felt dated and neglected. There were visible wall blemishes, bubbling paint, mould and rust-like discolouration around areas of the room suggesting moisture exposure and lack of maintenance. The beds also felt old and not up to the usual Premier Inn standard I’m used to. The room was extremely hot and desperately needs air conditioning or better ventilation. Honestly, it was one of the worst Premier Inn room conditions I’ve personally experienced. I also did not find the reception staff particularly helpful or supportive. I had a tandem baby stroller and the hotel entrance has several steps. I was carrying the stroller up and down while staff watched, but nobody informed me there was a lift available. It was only the hotel security staff member, Mr Khan, who kindly told me about it and was helpful. I appreciated his assistance, but it was disappointing that reception staff did not make any effort after clearly seeing me struggle. Another concern was the environment outside the hotel. There were groups of people lingering around who appeared to be intoxicated or using substances, which made the area feel uncomfortable and not particularly safe for families with children. Due to the room condition, smell, lack of support, and overall experience, I definitely would not book this hotel again unless major improvements are made.

    Stayed last-week Thursday cut my stay short was originally staying for 8 days instead i stayed for 6 due to personal reasons but lacey who was at reception handled that very well shes very accommodating and very attentive

    Had excellent service from Saurabh on multiple occasions - a welcoming and friendly check-in, and when I had an issue with the room he sorted it out kindly and quickly and was very understanding - really appreciated it, thank you!! Room was comfortable and clean and breakfast was nice. Would return, thank you.

    I didn’t appreciate having to share my full name and address in front of a queue of other guests on arrival. I realise that hotels are increasing their security in the light of a recent incident, but this is creating a personal security risk for your customers. There must be a way for guests to verify their identity in a more secure way.
