  Brilliant experience. We booked a room prior to catching the ferry to Guernsey. The room was beautifully cool, the bed was comfy and breakfast was really good. Would highly recommend

  Popped in for a cup of coffee whilst waiting for my car repair around the corner and was absolutely delighted with the friendliness of the reception staff. Generally all the staff looked happy and very accommodating. Definitely recommended to visit

  Excellent stay at this hotel. Situated on the outskirts of Poole but easy to find. Sizable car park and a popular location for couples, families and workers. Staff were extremely helpful, air con was great and hotel was clean.

  Avoid: Air conditioning limited and capped to the extent the room doesn’t cool down at all, I have my thermostat from my car and the temp hasn’t moved in 3 hours. It’s cooler outside. No other rooms available and have been given a fan but it isn’t helping at all.

  Busy, noisy, car park full of builders vans. Approach road has roadworks and traffic lights. Meals reasonable quality. Staff as helpful as could be. Security dubious, with door card required to access floors, cleaners then left rear door open giving access to rooms. Not clever. Located in a busy area, so expect traffic all hours.
