  Nous sommes venus passer une nuit en famille pendant les vacances. Les lits étaient propres et confortables. Nous avons également dîné sur place, mais le service a malheureusement été extrêmement long. Avec des enfants, ce n’est pas évident, et ayant en plus une migraine ce soir-là, l’attente a été particulièrement difficile à supporter. Malgré cela, le personnel était vraiment très sympathique et accueillant. Merci pour votre accueil !

  A lovely, clean and comfortable room with a large desk and a couple of bedside tables, which were very convenient. There was also plenty of parking, and the hotel is in a nice, quiet location, close to Poole town centre and around half an hour’s drive from Swanage. The restaurant was another highlight, offering a fantastic breakfast with plenty of choice. The only downside was the squeaky floor. Unfortunately, we could hear quite a lot of noise from the room above whenever the guests walked around, which was annoying and did affect our rest and sleep.

  Room is the only nice thing about this location premier inn, staff were rude when I asked to check in with them instead of the machines, after he insisted I used the machine he tried to work it for me and low and behold it would not check me in (I knew this wouldn’t work because the company I work for book the stay for me but hey what do I know) Following on went down for dinner later on got the mixed grill and it came with raw chicken, after saying hey this might be raw the waiter just picked it up walked off came back and said it is a vein put it down and walked off… thanks for being really helpful to me lovely staff 👍🏼

  Would give them 5 stars but I can never get through to someone on reception over the phone. They do respond to email but tends to be the night team. Otherwise had a lovely stay, friendly staff, great food. Seemed to be a very busy and popular hotel, with families, the elderly, and contractors all enjoying a stay.

  Overall this was a disappointing experience. It’s understaffed and when we were there they had not had a food or drink delivery. Seems to be no manager to ensure thing is running smoothly. The meal deal is ok value but the drinks are pretty limited. They have successfully made the customer feel not that important . Which is madness as without customers they haven’t got a business anymore. Premier inn used to feel premier but it doesn’t anymore. Will stay else where in future.
