  Typical Premier Inn but a bit frayed round the edges. Needs attention to detail. Accessible room shower does not drain properly and water spread across whole room. Towel hook loose. One power socket is unusable. TV remote doesn’t work. All minor issues that should be fixed

  Tbh the food nextdoor is ok . But breakfast poor . No air con !! Tablet found in bed Damp and dirty bathroom . Floors creek along ground floor . Just to top it off pillow has yellow stains filthy Dreadful Noisy location due to fast/speeding motorist along duel carriageway.. Booked for a week only staying 2 nights Better options elsewhere! We used premier inns at lot . (Starting to find a different company to use)

  Stayed for a couple of nights,really quite in the side we stayed. The food was really nice we didnt have breakfast. Across the road from the hotel is a retail shopping place. And from the hotel it's easy to get to quite a few places. Milton on sea Brokenhurst and other places. If we were coming this way again we would stay at this premier inn. We had a couple of issues when we got in the room, a lady named caz helped us out straight away.

  Normally I love a Premier Inn. But... This one MUST be avoided in hot weather. Our room was stifling. I went to reception to see Cas who seems to crop up a lot in these reviews. She told me all the rooms were the same and wouldn't move my young family. I asked about the good night's sleep guarantee and she laughed. Apparently hot rooms don't count if the hotel doesn't advertise aircon. Here's the point though. By 10pm the room was still 29.5C (see photo). Outside it was 19C (see screenshot). This is why you must avoid this hotel in the heat. It's not the absence of aircon, but the fact it is actively hotter than outside. I know what you're thinking: "open the window". Well you can't. There's some health and safety device that limits it to opening about 3inches only (see photo). Like I said, normally I love premier inn. But you must not go to this one when it's hot.

  Very tired furnishings and paintwork. Bit dark and depressing. Not exactly spotless. Wouldn't stay again. Have stayed in a number of Premier Inns including the Bailey Bridge nearby recently.....a much better place!
