  Ideally placed within the Christchurch area, specifically the Somerfield area. Great for exploring the many local beaches, pubs and attractions. Excellent local facilities: Peggy's cafe is superb, bacon butties and even Lardy Cake, popular Brown's chippy next door is excellent ; extensive retail, including Aldi , everything you might need. Accommodation is usual standard, although in need of renovation (Christchurch West is preferable, staff also more amenable), room door rattled every time a person entered the building, and we had elephants in the room above. Table lamp was u/s. Usual excellent value breakfast, Beefeater restaurant conveniently on site. Otherwise good.

  An older Premier Inn, the rooms are quite tatty but the beds are good. The staff on reception were very friendly and the breakfast was good. The room was very warm and as is often the way with old Premier Inns there was no air con. Probably a good budget option for the winter but definitely not the summer if it’s hot.

  I've found hard working staff engaged in helping every way they can from the ladies on the desk to the ladies cleaning the rooms everyone was amazing it would unfair to mention a name because we couldn't fault anyone. Thanks

  The room was good, clean and tidy and the beds we're comfortable. But it really really needs Aircon. The room was unbearably hot, the two fans that were provided just weren't good enough. I slept so badly and woke up in a pool of sweat in the morning.

  Rooms have no air conditioning and windows only open a couple of inches. Room temperature never dropped below 30.5 C. Fans useless. Got no sleep at all. Would’ve been better off sleeping on a park bench.
