Last minute impromptu trip to the beach. We arrived and were greeted by a lovely receptionist and when we open our door to our room we were pleased to feel a whoosh of cold air
Arrived late and tired, I entered a room that looked like someone had just left. Hairs were in the bath and the toilet was a mess. I moved rooms, and apart from a stained toilet, it was okay. I had food and it was poor.
In the morning, I went to pay for overnight parking to find the machine broken. The manager at the time, Jamie, was very rude and obnoxious. After 10 minutes trying to scan the barcode and getting charged an extra 20p for my troubles, I found I was 3 minutes late leaving the car park and now I expect Horizon bandits to try and get £100 off me. I stay in Premier Inns all the time but would never stay in this one again.

I visited here recently with my children age 3 years old and five years old and my other half. When we arrived at the hotel, It was easy check-in straight upstairs into our room. To which we was greeted with a dirty pair of men’s underwear With holes in it. And top it off the underwear has stains of faeces. This is completely unacceptable and all we got in return was a free meal. My child was so close to picking them up to which I was horrified.
On another note; The room was extremely hot The window does not open and the air-conditioner Was absolutely rubbish and that’s no exaggeration. Me and my children were waking up through the night all sweaty.
I actually had cold showers at 3 am To call off it was that hot. I went down to reception. I think it was around 2 am On the first night to see if they have any fans, They said they will turn the air-conditioning up. I can honestly say I didn’t notice any change whatsoever and I was glad to leave. I will not be returning to this hotel.
The only upside that I have to say, The man who works on a bar was extremely attentive, Always seemed happy Unfortunately, the rest let it down

We have stayed at this hotel numerous times, but this occation was the worst. We stayed over the bank holiday weekend 24th/ 26th May.
As you can see from the photos the chair had a stain on it which we didn't know what it was. The carpet was stained in numerous places and the extra bed was not needed. We asked for it to be moved but they said no.
As you can see there is a inner door which someone tried to enter late at night while I was in bed. My husband had to shout at them that the room was occupied. This door should have been locked and it wasn't. We complained and staff came and locked it. They said they would speak to housekeeping.
The rooms need a good clean and refurbishment. Hallway carpet was dirty and smelly. The air-conditioning was very noisy and we had to turn it off at night.
On a plus the breakfast was very good and the staff were helpful and always on hand.
Will not stay at this Premier Inn again.

Well, that is one hell I won't visit again. Sorry I meant hotel, same thing though. From the first day I have informed you he help desk about the mould or heavy nicotine smell. The bath tap couldn't close properly so it dropped all night and day. The wooden edging on the toilet door was loose. The toilet did not flush properly. Spider webs around the room at not so high level. Bugs hanging from it. Moths and spiders looked happy in the room. The window could not close properly so when it was hailing, it was extremely loud and not to mention the sound it made when the hailstones hit the roof. We felt like the hail is going to come through at any point. It was SO loud.....like to see the roof structure plans. Because we did not booked a meal deal plan we could not use the restaurant. We were there for 4 nights and when we went to the restaurant, they said there is no space. There was literally 2 tables of maximum 6 people. But apparently, because they only have one chef, they couldn't take in any more bookings. The two groups, literally looked lost in there. No other tables was filled. Absolutely disgraceful. So I tried the next day VERY early in the hope to get a table and the response was.... We are fully booked. I went down there at 18h55 to check....there was one table taken. I am definitely going back to Specsavers to get my eyes checked. I asked 3 times for our room to be cleaned and only got cleaned twice. There was a small bolt laying on the bathroom floor that my daughter stepped on. On the first night the air-conditioning was making a hell of an sound. Rattling and sounds like it was struggling. I know it was hot, but when I lift the cover of the Aircon the filter was so dirty. So at 11h00 o'clock at night I cleaned it . Put it back and it sounds fine after a good old fashioned clean. The curtains did not close properly, it does overlap, but it is exposed at the top. So , when it becomes light early in the morning and in this case 05h11, the lights shine through the top and lights up the room. So forget about sleeping in. Managers of the Bournemouth Westbourne hotel, You are letting that place down and let someone down. I reported the condition of the room twice. I always been very complementary about the Premier Inn, but Bournemouth Westbourne hotel let me down. Spraying the room did not fix the smell or anything else that was wrong with it.
