  Very welcoming staff, clean well presented room, nice complementary kit (tea coffee soaps) and of all things, a fan waiting in the room, appreciated in the current heatwave!

  Even though, it's been almost 3 months since my stay at this lovely hotel, despite busy schedules I felt it was necessary to find time to commend the staff of this hotel. Tash was especially very helpful. I can't thank her enough for her help. We had a car accident just on exiting the hotel on the large somewhat confusing roundabout. Tash was very supportive and understanding, gave suggestions of car recovery services, and offer support to my kids and gave them some books to read to keep them engaged. Thanks once again Tash and your team

  We have been using this hotel for many years.last August 2025 booked accessible wet room number 22 could open it from outside without the pass. Let it go as a one-off off as we were moved. Yet again booked the same room and still the same issue May 2026. Staff on reception great and moved us. Advised to complain- we have but the centre you call is in Egypt absolutely terrible still not resolved and they quite frankly do not give a toss. We were booked in again for August 2026. We have cancelled. If you want to stay somewhere you are not safe then stay here. We will not use premier inn again very sad

  Great stay here with family, the staff were very friendly and helpful, and went above and beyond to sort a new room out when the wrong one had been allocated. Beds very comfortable, the room was quiet and above the usual high standard. Excellent breakfast too. Thank you.

  Staying down here for work, room was very nice and comfy and Kerry at reception was very helpful and welcoming. I went to use the vending machine and instead Kerry offered me a milkybar chocolate which was lovely and thoughtful so thank you very much
