  We have stayed at the Premier Inn Derrys Cross a few times and what we like is the rooms are always clean and fresh and the staff remain the same (not a job turnover) and are very friendly and so make the experience nice 😁

  Our stay at Derrys Cross was excellent,the service was absolutely superb,location is ideal and suits our needs.The rooms are beautiful and clean.This is our fourth stay and we ll continue to book here.If you want a definition of customer service,look no further than Premier Inn Derrys Cross Hotel.   Tout est réuni pour avoir un service cinq étoiles. Mais les deux ascenseurs en panne ont rendu mon séjour décevant. Le restaurant manquait de plein d'ingrédients. Toutefois, la jeune femme de permanence a tout fait pour nous être agréable. Le personnel est très sympa Je suis sûr que nous avons joué de malchance...

  We use Premier Inns twice a week for business and they all pretty good but this one had the best room so far. It was cleaner, smarter, felt less tired and no smells of smoke or cleaning products. Highly recommended if you need a crash pad in Plymouth. The surrounding nightlife is great too.
