  This is an old premier inn and it shows No air-conditioning or fans in the room Decoration needs so touching up Probably would not stay here again

  The "kerb appeal" of this Premier Inn and Beefeater is not great. However inside it is fine. It's a bit tired compared with other Premier Inns, but it was clean and felt safe. The staff were really lovely and helpful. The location is easy to reach by car.

  I am disappointed by the room I've got due to the bad smell like urine kind coming from under the bed. I was given a new room after the receptionist had come to check the room, but even the new room I was moved in had also a unpleasant smell, but a little more acceptable than previous I experienced. I want to mention that the reception staff was very helpful and friendly.

  I work for a large company and we regularly use Premier Inn for staff accommodation; however, several recent stays at this location have raised serious concerns on the cleanliness standards. Multiple staff members reported a very strong smell of urine in their rooms on arrival. The odour was so overwhelming that some did not feel comfortable removing their clothing from their bags. This is disappointing given the standards expected, particularly for business travel. We hope this issue is addressed promptly, as it affects our decision to continue using this hotel.
