  The lady and gentleman on the counter were amazing, the smile the banter truly made my evening after a long drive and exhaustion thank you . Keep that smile 😃

  We stay in a lot of permier inns barnstaple is the best. All the staff are so friendly. Rooms are lovely. Special mention to Vicky. Thank you for our stays.

  Coffee machine / kettle in darkest part of room, could have down with small light under the shelf above. Coffee machine instructions were for a slightly different model Also no way to flag "more coffee please, but no need to make up room" to the housekeepers

  My overall rating is purely due to the fact that my son and I were woken up multiple times in the night. This was due to children running up and down the corridor, and alot of noice from ajoining room. Not sure if it was coming from downstairs (hard to determine the exact room) 😬 After driving 6 and a half hrs all we wanted to do was get a good nights sleep ready to do it all again for our return home. The service in reception on arrival etc was excellent, quick check in and clear instructions as to how to locate our room. We are in the restaurant and again service was spot on. Such a shame we couldn't sleep for more than an hour at a time. We would return as this poor experience was simply because of inconsiderate people staying here and no way because of the hotel staff etc.
