  An amazing breakfast, passing by Tiverton Premier Inn, stopped in for there famous breakfast, service was fantastic the breakfast was hot and fresh. Will bring the family next time.

  THIS HOTEL IS CRAP! the Aircon didn't work and the staff did nothing about it and said it was fine. We went to tell them and they were just rude and argumentive. Never come here the service is trash and the single rooms are the same size as the family room.

  Pop in with my 2 kids for breakfast on Saturday 24/10/26 at around 9am. Very welcoming and helpful staff in the front of restaurant. Food and drinks good quality as usual . However service received from elderly lady in the cooking section was dreadful. There were no plates so having queued for 5 minutes politely asked if we could have some plates .No reply just a big huff and sigh and plates slammed down in front of us with a dirty look ?! Thereafter whilst we choose our food she banged and smashed everything in front of us . Perhaps a customer service refresher course required or indeed retirement? Without customers she had no salary and she needs reminding.

  Brilliant hotel, friendly staff and good food. The only thing against is there is no onsite parking apart from the multistory next door, so convenient, but expensive for multiple days of a stay.

  Stayed here for a couple of nights while working in the area. The room was exactly what you’d expect from a Premier Inn—clean, comfortable, and up to the standard quality, so no complaints there. ​However, my experience at the Thyme restaurant on our first night was disappointing. I ordered the chicken, which was tough, stringy, and poorly cooked—it felt like a cheap, pre-made piece of "chargrilled" chicken that had simply been microwaved or reheated. When I sent it back, it was replaced with a burger that unfortunately felt reheated as well. My partner’s meal was equally disappointing and looked nothing like the photo on the menu. Looking into the kitchen, it appeared there was only one person working, which might explain the quality issues. ​On a positive note, breakfast the next morning was really nice! ​Summary: Great for a stay and breakfast, but I’d strongly recommend looking elsewhere for your evening meal.
