  Made to feel welcome from entering the hotel. The receptionist that booked me in was so considerate I would stay here agai for definite.

  The rooms were lovely clean as they always are in a premier inn, the choice of breakfast was nice and fresh but the location of the premises is ridiculous especially the parking. You pay enough for the room why should you have to pay for parking. The service got 1 star as we saw no one so I can't mark that any higher.

  The Tiverton Womens Group "Book Worms", wanted to have an area where we could sit with coffee/teas, and enjoy our chat about books we've read once a month. Tegan the manageress was most helpful, saying what a brilliant idea! We could sit in the comfy armchairs and sofas. Tegan was super and very accommodating. Nothing was too much trouble. Excellent service. Thank you. Suzie & Elizabeth 😀🤗😀
