  Booked an accessible room for 2 nights with a walk in shower as my wife cannot step into the standard bathtub showers in premier inn rooms. So arrived in the late afternoon and everything seemed to be in order. In the morning the wife went to have a shower which failed to work so after alerting the staff to the problem we ended up having to have a flannel wash in the sink. Not the ideal start to the day we had in mind for our weekend visit. On returning that night the staff said the fault had been fixed. The next morning everything was in working order so a better day. The location was good for us visiting friends in Yealmpton but it is on the outskirts of the main city. The Plymouth East Premier Inn has a Beefeater adjoining where they serve the usual breakfast buffet and meals during the day and evening.

  It’s the same little details, I left my glasses on the desk and when I returned Kerry had kept them safe for me, we miss our meal due to a mix up with the timing and Kerry offered us a breakfast as an apology, she was really helpful and polite. It goes a long way, we will be using the hotel again

  Even though, it's been almost 3 months since my stay at this lovely hotel, despite busy schedules I felt it was necessary to find time to commend the staff of this hotel. Tash was especially very helpful. I can't thank her enough for her help. We had a car accident just on exiting the hotel on the large somewhat confusing roundabout. Tash was very supportive and understanding, gave suggestions of car recovery services, and offer support to my kids and gave them some books to read to keep them engaged. Thanks once again Tash and your team
