  Here for a week with work, my booking was not correct due to our booking agent (Clarity) messing up but the checkin girls (Kayleigh & Tiff) were truly supersonic, helped solve the issue with ease, fantastic food/menu and a tiptop nights sleep! Totally recommend this place

  We stayed here for a night after a ferry crossing. After a long day travelling it was lovely to be met by Cassidy. She was so smiley, friendly and helpful we immediately relaxed. She's an absolute credit to the company and I hope her fabulous customer service is recognised by Premier Inn as she's such as asset

  The staff are nice and friendly. Our checkin was done by Dulcie and she was really helpful and keen to make our stay pleasant. Ample of parking space available. Only down side is that there is poor network connectivity in a lot of rooms and even the WiFi isn't good.

  This hotel is overdue renovation. The bathroom stunk of cigarette smoke. The water pressure in the shower was so poor I could hardly wash. If we left the window open, the traffic noise was unbearable. If we shut the window, the heat was unbearable. It needs proper air-conditioning. There are no glasses in the bathroom for cleaning your teeth, no glasses for water beside the bed. The staff were really helpful, friendly and professional.
