  Avoid, the rooms was 30 degrees overnight, windows only open slightly and there is no ac. Spoke to the guy on reception who just started at me and failed acknowledge that I was even in front of him never mind opening some door to allow some airflow.

  Customer service is fantastic Bec is so welcoming and friendly always happy to help you get 5 stars Bec Be nice if the hotel had AC and not charge for parking but there the only reason for 4 stars Service cleanliness location perfect

  Excellent location close to Barbican rooms very clean had extra pillows in the room and a duvet if you needed it. Would recomnend good value for money woukd stay there again.

  We were only staying the one night ahead of catching a ferry, and the receptionist was lovely on arrival. Worth noting that the hotel is very long and over a couple of floors - there is no lift, so bear this in mind if you have mobility issues or lots of bags! The room was plenty big enough for our family of 3, but unfortunately with no air conditioning, a window that only opens a couple of inches, and nothing but a small fan to try and cool us down, the room temperature was unbearable! Whilst we'd happily stay again in the winter months, we'd look elsewhere if needing somewhere to stay during the summer months.

  We had a night away and as we had stayed once before we thought yes go again ! But this time was not good . We was put in a room with no air con and the window only opened ajar , on the main road . They only gave one bath towel and a hand towel for 2 adults . They had put a fan in the room but it was not enough x my husband struggled as he has a heart condition and is advised to not get over heated . So I went to reception where a young man was sitting alone .I explained that we only had one towel , and we where not wanting to stay in this room . He said as your only staying one night we had to have that room . I said that one night away means a lot to us and we always stay in the premier inns . I said I won't be staying again . His answer was fair enough . So we never got offered any other help or support which I must state in the room they have a information sheet stating if we ha e a problem they will help !!! I will never stay again . Also I was informed by a waiter in the restaurant that they where closing down soon due to funds . Poor service 😢 im not happy ...dont waste your money
