  Super helpful staff who went the extra mile to meet our needs. It was much appreciated, as we arrived at midnight too!

  A fantastic, last minute stay. At the Derry Premier Inn. PLYMOUTH. Caitlin, Poppy and Mash. Where the Staff, That had nothing but welcoming, professional attitude. As being an ex development chef for major companies. I had nothing but the best service and comfortable experience, from the staff to the cleanliness,and the comfortable bed and the room. I went downstairs, this morning. Again to be welcomed by the morning staff. They all should be recognised, and rewarded for the above and beyond professionalism. I will definitely stay here, anytime I'm in plymouth

  Room was very good but unfortunately the food was appalling. I had calamari for starters which was overcooked and extremely chewy , main course was overcooked fish and chips as the batter was impossible to cut (so hard)and even the sundae had too much crumble in it as it covered the table. I think they need a new chef. Hotel was good , clean and tidy but definitely wouldn't recommend eating there.
