  July 2026 heatwave 😎 the hotel was really nice & the are staff fab😎 the beefeater food was good a fair price and always fresh , the staff are Absolutely lovely what a shame Whitbread are closing the beefeater/brewers fayre with a loss of over 3,800 jobs nation wide, pat yourself on your back Whitbread !!!

  Stayed for 1 week food was good at the beefeater, we did the meal deal which makes it more reasonable, Kieran on reception was very helpful, an A* employee

  We enjoyed our stay at this lovely premier inn. The staff are friendly and welcoming. The man that works nights is friendly and helpful - when it was a busy night he sorted a closer parking bay out for us . The room was nice and clean beds comfortable the rooms have air conditioning. Good location for traveling around Devon . There is a Beefeater right next to the hotel , the meals are good . We will definitely come back. Nice and relaxing stay we had . Thankyou 👌

  Nice hotel and was very quiet during our stay. AC could be difficult at times and wouldn't always adjust properly due to the touchscreen. My only complaint is that it was pretty difficult to navigate with a wheelchair and our rooms were a long way from the lifts which made getting out of the hotel difficult for my disabled grandmother which made this hotel fairly inacessible. I understand the need for heavy firedoors, but some automatic buttons or similar would've made it a lot easier. The corridors are also very narrow, just about as wide as a wheelchair/walker, so when leaving on a morning I had to chase down every member of housekeeping and ask them to move their trollies and equipment out of the way.

  Decent premier inn, in a bit of an industrial estate with not much around it. Room was standard premier inn quality, a little bit hot as the ac wouldn't go very low but it didn't stop my sleep too much The connected beefeater that I had dinner and breakfast inn was decent, the food was nice although staff service for breakfast was a little bit poor
