Arrived Sunday 1st November 2026 Party of 4 of us to stay over 2 nights so disappointed no welcome at all . both rooms were freezing cold when we arrived We were all hungry after a 6 hour journey Nothing on offer restaurant was like a ghost town no one around had to call out a few times for someone to order food with Looks derelict the whole place like a ghost town should not be open for guests no service provided no towels in the room Had to go down to reception both nights to tell the staff the rooms were both freezing cold not a good visit.

Fabulous location, brilliant service from really friendly staff. Very quirky hotel with quirky rooms that are all different with some wonderful views. Kettle, tea/coffee, hairdryer and white company shower/ hand gel. Great food too, evening meal and breakfast and good value. I would definitely stay here again and definitely recommend.

Great location! Rooms were good for the price, especially with the disabled access wet room for my dad. The hotel staff members were excellent in their service and assistance. The location is superb for having a nice walk along the beach and also easy drive or bus ride to nearby towns like Brixham, Torquay and surrounding areas.

Had a very poor experience at dinner, waited an hour and still no food. Had to ask and they said had no record of it so had to wait again. So ended up ordering my food and having to wait an hour and a half for it..

We spent 2 nights here. The location of this Premier Inn is quiet and picturesque, right on the seafront and away from main roads. The staff are friendly and welcoming, and the rooms are clean. Considering the restaurant was short- staffed we still enjoyed value- for- money breakfasts and had all we needed for a hearty cooked breakfast. Thankyou Paignton, this isn't our 1st time at this Premier Inn, and we hope it won't be our last!
