Dont use here! Went for a pint with few mates, the car park was pitch black no lights on the signs, bar staff never told us needed to register the car! 1 pint cost us £80 car parking fine! We never visit again

Always a great stay when coming here with work, staff are really helpful and polite, Rooms are always clean, a really quiet area with parking 10/10 would recommend

The room is exactly what you’d expect for the price — cheap and practical! However, the location isn’t the best, but you can’t have everything, right?! The service, however, was exceptional. I was checked in by a lady called Sarah, and she was a breath of fresh air — polite and extremely helpful. When you’ve had a long day at work and you’re about to clock off, a warm welcome like hers really does lift your spirits. I wish all front-of-house employees at every establishment were like this!

Wow just wow! Fantastic staff, but why now are they used at reception and have to run back to restaurant to serve meals too??? Food inedible !! Rubber chicken , undercooked and simply just vile. Use premier inns as travel for work, but will never eat in their restaurants from now on! Just disgusting. 🤢 Again, staff amazing, but cmon premier inn don’t put so much pressure on staff so they burn out from running back and forth for such a low wage! Would give 5 stars for members of staff as brilliant! Food so bad!
