We stay here a lot as work sends us for Uni. Location great. Straight off train cross the road and flop into bed. Sometimes the room is a little hit and miss in the premium rooms and can occasionally smell of damp. However it doesn't really affect the stay. Also the premium rooms have lovely body wash. The staff have all been wonderful but a big shout out tonight to Julia who was working the evening restaurant and bar. She didn't stop and still managed to read the room and vibe well with her customers. She made a heavy uni day feel like a memory and improved our evening no end. We hope she is on again next stay.

Had a lovely stay at Premier Inn Exeter St David’s. The service was excellent, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. A special mention to Joud for her outstanding service and warm hospitality, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Thank you for making us feel so welcome! 😊

Starting to look at bit grubby round the reception area. Bedrooms clean and tidy. A bus journey to city centre.

The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming and accommodating throughout my stay, and the room itself was clean. The food was also decent, and overall I had a positive experience. I stayed for two nights in a Premier Plus room (306). Unfortunately, there was a horrendous smell in the room, which seemed to be coming from the drains. It was strong enough to affect my sleep, and I had to use sprays just to make it bearable throughout the night. It was such a shame because everything else about my stay was really positive. I would definitely recommend that the hotel investigates the drainage or source of the smell in room 306, as resolving this would have made my stay so much more enjoyable.
