  The location is ideal for North Devon. Easy parking. The newly refurbished "next evolution" rooms are beautiful and clean. Staff were lovely. Slept great. An excellent Premier Inn based on the NEW rooms.

  I stayed here on Wednesday 27th May with my 2 daughters & grandson. The rooms were absolutely spotless & felt like we were the first people to use them. The staff couldn’t have been more friendly & helpful, especially the night manager & the lovely lady who cleaned room 130! Would definitely stay again & highly recommend

  Very nice and clean room as always, we had booked the meal deal which is very good value, food was good especially breakfast, the only down side was we had no Internet for 2/3 days ( needed resetting )but it's not a perfect world so didn't upset us.

  Only problem was air con that didn't work. Other than that and stupid windows that don't open. It's a nice place.

  Booked into room 15 , when we walked in the room had a terrible musty smell, I reported this to reception who said the room was too hot and she would turn on the air con on although I wasn’t happy she wouldn’t move us , 2 hrs later I returned to the room to find the smell exactly the same , so returned to reception and asked to be moved again, the same rude receptionist said to go back to the room and wait and she will check it herself, which she did and said the smell was because the room was 20 degrees and to wait until it cooled , I refused and asked to be moved again she just said u will have to pack your bags and come back to reception and walked out , not once did she apologise, we are now in a different room with no smell . I can’t wait to get out of here . I would not recommend this premier inn and hope that management retrain this rude receptionist .
