  I recently stayed at this Premier Inn and had a mixed experience overall. The booking process was smooth, and I would especially like to thank Mr. Antony and the manager, Wicky, who were both extremely helpful, professional, and accommodating throughout our stay. Their excellent customer service made a positive difference to our experience. However, I found that the front desk staff were not particularly friendly or welcoming compared to what I expected. In addition, the family room size was smaller than anticipated and did not fully meet our expectations. There were also some missing amenities in the room. There was no closed cupboard/wardrobe and no iron provided. Furthermore, the Premier Plus room description and photos on the website showed a coffee machine, but there was no coffee machine in the room we received, which was disappointing. On a positive note, the restaurant was good, and we enjoyed the food and service there. Overall, while there are some areas that need improvement, the outstanding support from Mr. Antony and Wicky, along with the quality of the restaurant, helped make our stay more pleasant.

  Horrible. Suffered loads of bed bugs and staff basically told me jog on it’s fine they’ve “checked”. I’m still suffering weeks later and abysmal response and service from the hotel. Bed bugs in this country! Hotel is in horrible state. Would definitely avoid

  Stayed here a few times. Awesome staff. So friendly and kind. Nothing is too much trouble for them. Brilliant Premier Inn. Thanks guys x

  The lady and gentleman on the counter were amazing, the smile the banter truly made my evening after a long drive and exhaustion thank you . Keep that smile 😃

  Coffee machine / kettle in darkest part of room, could have down with small light under the shelf above. Coffee machine instructions were for a slightly different model Also no way to flag "more coffee please, but no need to make up room" to the housekeepers
