If you require an accessible room I would suggest you look elsewhere! Our accessible room was on the second floor!!!!! and a "3 mile" hike from the the lift. Which if you use a wheelchair not so much of an issue, I don't and can only walk short distances on oxygen. The corridor doors are very heavy and I think a wheelchair user would struggle to open them. Our bedroom and bathroom were fine apart from the sliding bathroom door being so stiff we had great difficulty opening it!!! There are lots of trip hazard around the outside areas from reception to rooms and restaurant, but the piece de residents is the builders skip blocking the dropped curd leading from reception to rooms!!!!! Need I say more?

Stayed multiple times here and with many premier inns for work etc. New refurbished rooms which are lovely and spacious but lacking some units and tv position not great. Only mention as staff were very accomodating and moved me which I greatly appreciated. Definitely new rooms need added units! The TV position is a difficult one as many ppl wont need to watch TV from the bed or care if travelling for social occasions but then these people probably wont care where they can see the TV from. Premier inn please keep the TVs central of bed !!

Thoroughly depressing eating experience since the pub has been shut to the public. Eating average food in a place that is declining is not fun. Premier Inn needs to make some changes since these pub closures if they are to remain a popular brand. Premier room booked but very small.
