  Stayed here in July. Had a great meal at The Village Massala, a short walk from the hotel. Prem Inn room was usual good standard. Went into the restaurant next door to the hotel. Staff were disinterested, table and chairs were sticky, most of the menu was not available - promptly left.

  Just had 3 days here, fabulous comfy bed, linen all nice and clean. Can't fault really. Would definitely stay there again. Breakfast at the pub next door faultless, absolutely delicious freshly cooked. Everything you could possibly want to eat for breakfast. Staff and service was 10/10.

  Beautiful view of Rhuddlan castle outside our window. Everything was perfect. Staff very friendly! Hopefully will be back.

  Brilliant, tried to book Rhyl seafront, fully booked, booked Rhuddlan 5 mins away, literally (10 cos of 20 mile an hour restriction), loads better, on the doorstep Aldi, pub, Starbucks, KFC. 1 min down the road indian restaurant. I am from Bradford, the food here was absolutely beautiful. Village 5 minutes away (walking), local shops 2/3 pubs. Taxi from here to Rhyl, for a pub crawl, taxi back, better than staying in Rhyl, cheap. Will go back in a breath. The staff are on the ball, welcoming, helpful, you feel/are safe, they care.

  Had a one night stay whilst visiting Llandudno, North Wales coast etc. This is one of the old school Premiers which we love! Proper reception, with a lovely receptionist! Don’t like these faceless check in ones these days :( always happy to move with the times but it’s always nice to have a proper welcome! Anyways, lovely clean room, and the bliss of air-con!!! best night sleep we’ve had in days during this heat wave! We didn’t want to leave. On a busy spot, with Aldi etc but our room was lovely and quiet. Nice big TV. Will definitely stay again!
