  We had a lovely stay at the Premier Inn. The room was comfortable, the staff were friendly and welcoming, and both breakfast and dinner were absolutely lovely. Everything was fresh, tasty and well presented. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back again. Highly recommended!

  First time stayed in a Premier inn and was really pleased..staff lovely.. room and bed great and breakfast very good. No complaints at all. And chef did veg sausage specially for me.

  As we live locally we often pop in for breakfast. The staff greet you and Dawn is extremely friendly and works hard to make everyone feel at home. The food is hot and plentiful but some of the busier time you may have a slight wait. The restaurant is clean and inviting. Keep up the good work guy!!!

  I can't make a comment on rooms etc as I just popped in for breakfast. Firstly outside the building looks so rundown. But I was hungry and they do all you can eat breakfast. Yummy. As I walked inside it surprised me. Up to date . Clean tidy. Much better impression than the outside. I was greated after a few minutes and taken to the till to pay. Then taken to my table. Fantastic. Problem was it the smell of the woman I was greated by. Wow. Not only bad breath and cigaretts. ( She kept leaning in closely to talk.) It was unbearable. Also body odour. Uniform so dirty and grumpy. So relieved to sit at the table. In pece,to eat my breakfast. I was wrong! I thought I was alone in pece. But then I had the front of house woman decided to come back and have a chat while I ate my breakfast. I found out all about her thoughts of the company. Which firstly I didn't want the . Just eat alone .I found out all about staffing issues. Stock issue. Her son. And how she has just been evicted. Not at all exceptible in my mind. Or to the company she works for. Totally unacceptable! The staff behind the counter were fantastic. Couldn't do enough. When something was low . More arrived. Food was plentiful and really nice. Although the food and rest of staff were really nice . I honestly don't think I'd go back . I went for breakfast and ended up with a headache.

  Convenient location. No welcome. Self check in. Find your own room. Family room bigger room than is typical of Premier Inn. Pillows are very uncomfortable. The smallest children's bed is like lying on a brick. A second night stand would be useful for the children's beds. Only 2 mugs in room for family of 4. Water and additional glasses available in reception. Vending machine at ridiculous prices. Small bottle of water £3. Air-conditioning in room was constantly hissing during the night and did not help cool down the room at all. Bathroom door needs adjusting/shaving as it needs to be slammed shut to close - this was fun when one of us needed to use the toilet at night. Mattress was comfortable on the double bed. I spent the night thinking about how comfortable it was whilst I lay awake unable to sleep. Breakfast was the best thing about this hotel. The quality of the ingredients is surprisingly good. The man who was running breakfast did an admirable job worthy of 3 employee wages (seating customers, taking payment, clearing tables, stocking food and cutlery) - and all with a smile on his face. Would we stay there again? Only if there was no other option.
