  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Emma and Weronika at Premier Inn Derby South were absolutely amazing and provided excellent customer service. When my room key wasn’t working properly, Emma went the extra mile to get the issue sorted quickly. She was very friendly, welcoming and chatty, which made the experience even better. Weronika was also extremely helpful and sorted out a really nice room for me, which I really appreciated. Both Emma and Weronika are a real credit to Premier Inn. Thank you both for making my stay such a positive experience!

  Stayed here a couple times and yeah its a ok hotel to stay in for a couple nights rooms are good but if you get a room upstairs here please be aware that there is a double socket and thats it and if you stay as a family extension cables will be a must but the rooms downstairs do have plenty of sockets Service is ok friendly but a little slow Location is ok too not for from town centre got 2 shops close to it a KFC down the road and a bowling alley with a bar and a arcade drinks are expensive here like £6 for a pint But overall its a great hotel

  Now the restaurant is closed no evening meal no breakfast it’s kind of a bit sad as the food was pretty good. Probably won’t stay here again shame as it’s a great location

  Booked the hotel here to visit someone special. Good rooms, nice BIG bath :) amazing costumer service, cleaning was impeccable aswell! Emma was very friendly and always open for some smalltalk. And she is always willing to assist. The other staff are really profesional and helpful we always felt welcome and seen. (The ice cold water was amazing) Ive loved my stay here if im coming back id book again.

  We stayed here as we needed to visit family in South Derby. It was very convenient and easy to find. Plenty of car parking, friendly staff (Emma was really helpful) and comfortable room. It was hot but, as there is no air conditioning we were given two fans which helped. It was very quiet and we were given complimentary croissants for breakfast as the restaurant is closed. We enjoyed our short stay.
