  Very helpful staff on and helped us quickly with any question/request. Car park right next door which is handy only downside it’s £10 per 24 hours. Room clean and comfy. Minus the unfortunate fire alarm due to a fault with the system the rest of our stay was lovely. Simple check in and check out.

  Me and my friend come and stay here every year when I come to see family. The staff always make us feel welcome and are pleasant and the rooms are so clean and comfortable. I always have a pleasant stay and sleep better than I do at home 😂. The breakfasts are nice and I highly recommend anyone to stay here. It’s a good 5 minute walk to town

  Just coming home after a 3 night stay for a local wedding. We had a great stay at this hotel, everything was excellent from the quality of the sleep, to the cleanliness and the amazing breakfast. As always though, the thing that stands out with any business are the employees and the service. Every member of staff we came across were polite, professional and more importantly, they were friendly. Nothing was too much for the chefs we met and they were also very friendly and accommodating. I would like to make a special mention for Alexandra who works in the restaurant area. She was an exceptional member of the team who really made our stay more personable and enjoyable. She was constantly working hard for everyone and nothing was too much. Please give this lady a pay rise, a bonus, or a promotion and keep her on your team! Thank you to the team at the Premier Inn Darlington town center for an great stay.

  Great news Premier Inn and the staff were super friendly and went above and beyond to help (especially the gentleman on duty the evening of the 24th of July)
