  'It's fun to stay at the Premier Inn, It's fun to stay at the Premier Inn, You can get a good meal, Recommend the meal deal, Includes breakfast and evening meal. I'll tell you something that you don't know, Well we stay at Premier Inn in Llandudno, The staff were friendly, They did everything right, And a return would be our delight' Da, da, da, da da. It's fun to stay.....

  So we popped out for the night for a stay here, was really disappointed. Was a late, quick book and we read quickly through the app which said parking at this hotel, but in the small print which we didn't see said off site pay for parking, you can just do a quick case drop off and then you have to park up the road so not happy. Then to have the second in command be rude with us because we questioned about the drop off parking and how long we had, being nasty until the manger came out was disgusting really, but sorted in the end. Lay out was really bad for elderly people I reckon, plus most of staff are rude not helpful at all, only for the minimum of what they have to do, no help what so ever, all too much for them .....so good luck people if you want to stay here .....personally we'll definitely stay somewhere else next time .....not here.....hope this helps your choice....

  Above average Premier Inn, due to the fact, as it's in a great location, the staff actually go out of their way to make tou feel both welcome and help you get the most out of your visit. Eat as much as you want breakfast and an on site restaurant serving wholesome food is another plus. Can't say anything about parking, but a 5 minute walk from the railway station. Another 5 minutes from the Promenade and in-between the retail park and old town. Plenty to see and do. And thanks once again Cara, for helping me, when you could have been eating your breakfast. Definitely a 5* stay.
