  Food was awful, only had a curry and naan was under cooked and very bland flavour in general, second trip here and thought would give it a second chance and was no better.

  Never again. This was, without question, the worst night's sleep I've ever had in a Premier Inn. I was staying in Room 62, directly next door to a room marked "Team members only", and there was constant noise from workers going up and down the stairs until around 3am. Doors were opening and closing, furniture being moved, walls being knocked, and there was continual foot traffic. It was impossible to get any sleep. At 3:45am, I raised the issue with the night receptionist. The only explanation I was given was, "Premier Inn employees are expected to work throughout the night." That response completely missed the point. Of course staff may need to work overnight, but that should not come at the expense of paying guests being able to sleep. If overnight staff activity is expected, guests should not be placed in the room immediately next door to an employees-only area. I genuinely couldn't understand how this level of disturbance was allowed to continue in a hotel where people are paying to rest. There appeared to be no attempt whatsoever to minimise the noise or disruption. I've stayed in many Premier Inns over the years and have always found them reliable, but this experience was completely unacceptable. Without doubt, the worst Premier Inn I've ever stayed in.

  Great location for my work and access to the beautiful local area. Staff were really friendly and room comfortable. Breakfast wasn’t the best but quite standard for premier inn

  "Ultimate" WiFi is very poor. £5 to barely be able to stream YouTube. Fluctuated between 6 and 23mb depending on time of day
