  A very convenient location for an overnight stop over as it is next to the M6 motorway.

  Looks tired, especially the front door needs painting, but everything worked, comfortable and clean. Good that there is a free car park, and unusual in a PI the windows can be opened. Beefeater adjacent ok.

  Room was basic, smelly if damp, but soon left after widow was open while we had dinner. Bed comfortable, although sheets were badly fitted. Restaurant was ok, value for money if getting the meal deal.

  3rd time staying here on journeys to and from England. We've been treated with pleasant staff on each occasion. Rooms are always tidy but heating sometimes an issue. Being elderly getting out of a nice hot bath and no real control till what appears to be early hours of the morning. But overall nice and quiet.

  Staff are very nice, as always. Sadly, after visiting here for 10/15 years, I don't think we'll bother again. The rooms haven't been maintained over the years and if you are staying here - pick a room at the back of the motel in the warmer months. Otherwise you'll be boiling!!! The others from our party had one of their back rooms, which was nice and warm - unlike our stuffy furnace at the front!
