  1 night stay with family, 2 rooms in the annex. Rooms are modern and clean. Location is excellent as a pit-stop on the way to Scotland. Gotta say tho, we will come back and explore the area and stop there again. Staff, especially Jenny on reception, are extremely helpful.

  Food was grim. Restaurant very badly organised, one poor fella serving the whole bar and taking food orders. Room was great.

  We stopped off for breakfast, queued but told no table as should have booked. Busy day as football on.

  Great hotel! I have stayed in a few of the local premier inn's in Carlisle and the central is definitely the best. Callum and Caren are so welcoming and really go the extra mile to make your stay a great experience. Highly recommend this hotel!
