  We needed a room for the night after a long drive so naturally chose the Premier inn again. The bed was so comfortable and they have a good shower. Unfortunately they were waiting for a delivery so the breakfast choice was very limited. In the words of Meatloaf two out of three ain't bad !

  We had a lovely stay for a couple of days while attending my sister’s wedding. We stayed in the family room and arrived a few hours early as we were travelling from Essex. Kim, the manager, was absolutely brilliant. She could see we were a little stressed when we arrived and kindly suggested we go and get something to eat while she worked on getting our room ready. Within half an hour, the room was available for us, which was a huge help. Nothing was too much trouble for Kim. When we needed extra pillows, she sorted it. When we needed an iron and ironing board, she sorted that too. She even gave my boys some biscuits, which was a lovely touch. Premier Inn is very lucky to have a manager like Kim—she provided outstanding customer service throughout our stay. The room was clean, the food was good, and overall we had a great experience. We would definitely stay again and would happily recommend this hotel to others. My only minor suggestions would be that family rooms could benefit from a larger bin and a bit more storage space, especially when staying with children. Thank you to Kim and the team for making our stay so enjoyable! 😊

  I have stayed at the West Cardiff Premier inn a few times over the years. The staff have always been friendly, helpful and quick to solve any issues. This year I had a medical emergency during my visit and ended up in hospital with an Appendectomy. The staff really went above and beyond. They were so kind and thoughtful. They were very supportive and made sure we had everything we needed. Its the last thing anyone wants to happen during a holiday but at least I can be certain that the staff at West Cardiff have got my back if I need help. Thank you for being amazing.
