  One big advantage of this Premier Inn is that it is smack opposite Penzance Railway Station, so you don't have to lug your luggage too far. The building itself looks like it's had a recent refurbished & looks good. Inside is modern & a standard PI layout. The Premium rooms on the top floor are worth the extra £ not only for the facilities but the elevated view over the town. Food is your standard offering both for breakfast & the evening. Nothing really outstanding but also nothing to complain about either.

  Der var skittent. Sengetøyet luktet småsurt Flekker på håndduker og sengetøy. Mange små dyr mellom vinduene. Aldri noen i resepsjonen, man må ringe på betjening. Bagasjeoppbevaring rett innenfor døren, men ingen i resepsjonen som passet på.

  Very disappointing experience at this Premier Inn. The attitude of the staff was unfriendly and unhelpful, which made us feel unwelcome. Even worse, the bedsheets did not appear to have been changed before we checked in. They looked used and did not feel clean, which is completely unacceptable for any hotel. Cleanliness and basic customer service should be the minimum standard, but unfortunately, this hotel failed in both areas. I raised the issue, but the response and handling were unsatisfactory. I would not recommend staying here unless the management seriously improves its housekeeping standards and staff training.

  The staff had a terrible attitude. I stayed for 4 nights, and my room was never cleaned. Because of this poor service, I had to leave one night early. I believe I deserve a refund for the unused night.

  Good staff but a tired hotel, not what I was expecting for nearly £200 per night. Some much better Premier Inns in the world. Very noisy through walls and doors
