  The staff were brilliant and super nice. Great location. However, it was extremely dirty. Our room wasn't cleaned once for a 3 night stay, and there were large dead bugs in the bathroom. Unfortunately the cleanliness let it down.

  Newquay quintrell down. Room window broken can not open toilet does not flush properly air/heating dont work and the smell off the room dirty and was still made to pay full price £154 for one night

  During our stay, a problem arose and it was dealt with empathy, care and professionalism, by Rick the receptionist, the Manager Sarah, and Kirsty. Rick was absolutely fantastic, a good Ambassador for Premier inn. Thank you

  Very nice location to cover all over cornwall. Nice breakfast. Kind staff. We enjoyed. Highly recommending.

  This was always our go to hotel in Cornwall. This visit hasn't lived up to expectations. I understand the hotel is due an upgrade, it feels a little tired. The shower didn't work properly, reported it but nothing was able to be done during the stay, a towel was ripped and not fit for purpose. The little things make the difference. After booking we were informed the restaurant was only open for breakfast, this wasn't the case and due to the efforts of the staff to provide that service I gave 4 stars, I think only 3 would have been deserved. A shame because the location is ideal, usually we have a great stay, loads of parking and restaurant and bar great to use. I hope the the changes make the difference.
