  Travelled to this premier inn with my partner our child and her two best friends. The receptionist who was on the front desk throughout our duration was absolutely amazing excellent customer service always friendly and always asked if we was enjoying our stay. Also Shane from the restaurant is a credit to premier inn very helpful informative and went above and beyond for us. We will be visiting this hotel again in September.

  Hotel is as expected apart from the rubish all over the car park. After a call to HQ the bins were emptied but the overflow that is scattered around the car park has not been picked up

  Disappointing stay at this Premier Inn at Quintrell Downs. The room we were allocated was dingy and very basic compared to other premier inn locations we have stayed. Noisy as close to reception and restaurant. The location is at the junction of a busy road too. Lots of parking available. Restaurant was busy and we were lucky to get a table an hour after arriving Saturday evening. Food was basic but ok, menu doesn’t apply to everything stocked as apparently it’s generic to all premier inn’s. Staff were friendly enough but service was slow. Lady on reception was as helpful as she could be. Overall very disappointing for the £112 charged for the room! Won’t be recommending this one! Poor value Premier Inn!!!

  Easy to reach by car plus local buses and train stops very close by. I picked this hotel as it was sway from Newquay town itself which I'm not fond of. Check in was handled well and overall the hotel was the usual good standard provided at all Premier Inn hotels. Room was slightly small than hoped and very little room between the foot of the bed and desk. Tea and coffee making facilities. TV and WiFi worked well. Bathroom was very clean, no issues. Really good size bath towel. Being away from the town and not in a particular busy road, it was extremely quiet. I had a very good night's sleep. I had breakfast and everything thing was as described on the menu in the bedroom. Vegan bacon and sausages cooked on request. No issues with anything at breakfast. Only minor point was the lift floor was very dirty and looks like that isn't cleaned as often as the corridors and other public spaces.
