My annual visit to see relatives in the vicinity was as usual a very pleasant experience. Rachel and her team at reception were very helpful, friendly and efficient whenever needed. Maybe some shelves or drawers in the premier plus rooms would be even better for longer stay guests.

It was our first time staying in a Premier Inn and i loved it...it was immaculately clean and the bed was amazing..I dont usually sleep well anywhere else but I did there..the shower is great and the towels are thick and fluffy...there are black out curtains so guaranteed a dark room for a good night's sleep..the staff on reception were lovely and Rachel was very friendly when we checked out..there is even extra tea..coffee and milk if needed...thank you for a wonderful stay.

Rachel was welcoming and very helpful with information for taxis, local services and amenities. In a hotel chain like Premier Inn it's often the individual that you meet at the desk that makes the difference. Thank you!

Typical Premier Inn...sealed windows and inept aircon. So, stuffy room. Extractor doesn't extract sufficiently so steamy damp atmosphere. The facilities in the room were great and clean...well done Cherie who left a card asking for a personal mention but just let down by heat, damp and airless atmosphere. Also, no cleaning during stay, dirty bin left all day in that stuffy room...not nice.

On arrival we were greated at reception by a fantastic member of staff called Sarah. She confirmed all out details and then as we dont know the area offered information on what was near, she also provided us with a list of places to eat and drink as well as local supermarkets. We went to the room and it was spotless. We had upgraded our room online when we booked, and it is money well spent! Could not ask for more from a hotel.
