  It’s a bit far away from main train lines and the signal is not that great (a storm felled a cell tower) but this branch of Premier Inn more than makes for these deficiencies by the service. I was impressed by hospitality displayed by staff, especially Larry who was kind and thoughtful and very considerate. I’ll stay again if I get a chance to drive.

  Slightly frosty reception upon arrival (don’t arrive a minute earlier than the advertised check in times! They don’t like it) apart from that, no issues m. Room was clean, location was good, it’s got air conditioning (mid summer that was a must!)

  Room is clean and bed is clean. Competitive price compared to other hotels, though more distance from the tourist attractions compensated if you are driving. A restaurant and McDonald nearby. Plenty parking spaces for hotel guests

  Come to the Premier Inn Helston for the full British striving-middle-class experience: authentically filthy, yet warm and friendly. It’s a bit like going to Disneyland—only cheaper and without any of the magic. Still, the staff are pleasant, and I’m fairly certain the hotel will be nominated for a prestigious Cornwall award any day now. Possibly for “Most Determined Attempt to Make Basic 3-star-rating Feel Like an Unreasonable Luxury.” PS: Perfect stay to explore Cornwall.

  Went there and stayed as I was going to a reunion. Stayed a couple of times and it's a great location to be. It has a pub/diner across the way which is ok. Staff at the hotel are great and always around.
