  The low rating is more for the restaurant than the hotel although I wasn't to impressed with the rooms there also. The manager in the restaurant was very rude, on a power trip and unwilling to understand a customers needs. Unfortunately we left the restaurant without eating as it brought my daughters to tears!!!

  Unfortunately, the room had no air conditioning, and although there was a desk fan provided, it was absolutely filthy. As soon as I switched the fan on, a huge amount of dust came flying out and covered the bed. The fan had a very thick layer of dust built up inside it, which was honestly quite shocking and unhygienic. I have attached photos so you can see the condition of the fan for yourselves. I understand that the hotel does not have air conditioning, but providing a fan in this condition is not acceptable. Fans should be cleaned regularly, especially when they are being provided for guests to use in the room.

  We found dirty bed linen upon arriving at the room. We went to the reception to ask about it and the lady said someone would come to take care of it, but no one ever did. After a few hours, we went back to tell someone that the sheets hadn't been changed, only to be told they didn't have any double bed linen available. As for cleanliness, it wasn't very clean, there were nutshells under the fold-out bed, the curtains were dirty, and the bins were wet and dirty inside. The restaurant wasn't very clean either—the plates were dirty, and the tables were messy. The reception staff seemed outdated in their approach.

  Poor, poor premier inn! Dirty, rooms and smelly, no air con and clearly under staffed. It was a 3 night stay we endured. In the height of a very hot summer. The temperature never dipped below 29 degrees at any time. The room was equipped with a table top fan but this did nothing but keep blowing hot air around the room. “A good night guaranteed” this definitely wasn’t the case. Never ever again!!!

  This was my 2st experience staying in Premier in as a budget hotel. We had nice experience in London hotel so thats why we booked this time in Hayle. We paid £440 for 2 nights and got 1 double room with extra 1 single bed and one looks like sofa bed. Hotel was on very good location just in the middle of everything, McDonald's is on 1 mint walk, shell petrol station just in front of the hotel on the other side of road. Lots of shops like Next, boots are just on the walking distance. Lots of beaches and park just 20 to 30 mints drive. Hotel staff was professional and polite. But we still have to wait on the reception for 10 mints as I think only 1 employ was working there. Next day when i asked for cleaning the room, we got to know only befor 10am we have to request. But when you came from beach with kids you wants hover atleast. Hotel is on the ground floor and it has 2 floors. We were on the ground floor.Bedding was clean and comfortable. But room itself very small as a family room. Carpet was totallly filthy and rotten, specially bathroom smell bit horrible, toilet flush was very hard and tricky. Sink tab was so funny and spreading water all over the sink. Hand wash bottle was untouchable. Its summer time so they put fan in the room but as soon as I put it on the swing mood, horrible kinda stuff come out like nobody clean them ever. I just trun off quickly. It spread that shitty stuff on everything. Another very important thing the made the middle small bed on the very dagrois place just on the headside there was fixd corner table where my little one hurt his head very badly when he was about to sleep. If you can't find any other accommodation in uk chain hotels like us or its for one night only then its ok. But if you are looking for few days family stay then its not good choice as I just want to leave the hotel as soon as possible.For breakfast, lunch and dinner, they have separate restaurants just on the other side of the hotel. Breakfast was good as normally these hotels serves. We dont have any complain, just disappointed by the condition of the rooms. I will never book again primer inn honestly. Because my kids wants to enjoy in the hotel room but if its like this I can't let them play. Hotel has plenty of parking which is free for residents.
