  Visited during the May half term with the higher temperatures. The room was clean and mostly as you'd expect of a Premier Inn. There was no air conditioning in the room, nor does the hotel claim to have it, but the room was too hot to sleep in and the window could only be opened a fraction. The provided fan just simply moved the warm air around. The location is on a retail park and attracts anti-social driving after dark so between the heat and the popping exhausts and wheel spins we couldn't get through the night. Checked out around 2am having managed 2hrs sleep at best. Not the fault of staff, just don't expect a good sleep at this hotel.

  Great Premier Inn. Receptionists did everything they could to help with any query. Food was great and the meal deal was spot on. Beds perfectly Premier Inn comfort. Quiet nights sleep.

  Lovely and clean and the staff are so helpful you also get free parking if you stay there to.

  Decent premier inn. I used as a base to explore Cornwall. Room was decent, if not a little tired/dated but generally clean and comfortable. No air con but they provided a really good fan in the room. Free parking was a big plus for me. I had the meal deal which I partially regret. Breakfast was the usual premier inn offering except you give your order to the server for hot food (no hot buffet) but breakfast was very good/tasty. Evening meal was initially a disaster the first night, the restaurant gets quite busy with locals too and I was in there over an hour. I'd gone for the pie which was horribly burnt on the inside of the pastry. I'm not sure how that even happens, could be a supply issue rather than chefs fault but it was awful. Dinner the next day was actually quite nice though - I'd gone for the fish which was a massive portion of haddock. Otherwise, I wish I'd just paid for breakfast and gone into Bodmin to eat in a restaurant in the evenings. The hotel is next to a big Asda, B&M, Farmfoods, and KFC (where it's £1 cheaper to get a bottle of water than from their vending machine) so you're well served if you've forgotten anything. Overall a decent stay.

  What can I say about this wonderful hotel, the staff are wonderful, the location is great, the room was lovely and everything was so clean. Thank you so much to all the staff there for making our stay lovely.
