  After a disastrous stay at the premier inn swansea city center, i was relocated here. Great location surrounded by all kinds of shops. I was greeted by the lovely and welcoming Caroline who gave a detailed overview of the hotel. My room was what you would expect of a premier inn, clean, comfortable and well equipped. For my entire stay here, Rhys absolutely smashed every dinner meal. Mixed grill to die for! Can’t thank him enough for consistently putting out 10/10s! And then there is breakfast, Jess can cook a proper breakfast to order every morning, i left a clean plate every time and am thankful for fuelling my days of work. Finally, there was Corey, always helpful and nice, and even when she was working 12+ hours, she didn’t once waiver. A huge thanks to the entire team here for making my stay here, definitely the best ive ever had at any premier inn across the UK. I look forward to staying here in the future!

  The rooms are looking tired but they are building a new hotel next door so this will soon be rectified. We enjoy staying here, plenty of parking and within reach of the M4 the brautiful South Wales coastline and Swansea. The staff are friendly and helpful and the restaurant provides what you need.

  Easily accessible from the M4 and within half an hour's run to Gower and the National Botanic Gardens. Friendly staff, comfortable rooms with Aircon and currently a "Build your own Sundae" dessert to die for.

  Would highly recommend this venue. We stayed over 2 nights as we were attending a wedding in Gorseinon. The room was comfortable. No traffic noise at all. I am celiac and the staff in the restaurant were very diligent in caring for me. Especially Korrie who was working when we ate, she was excellent. I didn't feel any concerns about what I was eating. The whole staff around the building were all friendly.
