It is a bit out of the way and they seem to be building a second accommodation block on the site, but we weren’t disturbed, the staff were really nice and it was very reasonably priced.

Major Construction ongoing on site. Car park still plenty big enough. In house restaurant with friendly staff. Rooms very basic. Not even a tray under coffee making facilities. No toilet brush. No non slip bath mat. No sound proofing. People in room above stamping on ceiling after 11pm and from 5am. This is across the board for Premier inns unless you visit a concrete tower block like Derby Central. Traveling for work so do not get a choice.

After a disastrous stay at the premier inn swansea city center, i was relocated here. Great location surrounded by all kinds of shops. I was greeted by the lovely and welcoming Caroline who gave a detailed overview of the hotel. My room was what you would expect of a premier inn, clean, comfortable and well equipped. For my entire stay here, Rhys absolutely smashed every dinner meal. Mixed grill to die for! Can’t thank him enough for consistently putting out 10/10s! And then there is breakfast, Jess can cook a proper breakfast to order every morning, i left a clean plate every time and am thankful for fuelling my days of work. Finally, there was Corey, always helpful and nice, and even when she was working 12+ hours, she didn’t once waiver. A huge thanks to the entire team here for making my stay here, definitely the best ive ever had at any premier inn across the UK. I look forward to staying here in the future!
