  My company booked me a room with £25 expensive arrived on site lovely room as always but was told the restaurant was closed no drinks no food nothing all the workers have got no food. It’s an absolute joke. I stay here every single month and I will never stay again.

  Would have given more stars for service except that the restaurant was closed in the evening. Try booking a table on father's day at 5 pm!

  Arrived in the lakes at midnight but had a mess up with other accommodation we booked and couldn't get access so had to book to stay here last minute as an emergency. Arrived at 1230 at night. Louise was amazing!!! Sympathetic and so helpful. Helped us get settled asap as had our kids with us and even gave us a box of chocolates and note to say sorry about the other place and hope we enjoy our stay with premier inn instead. Credit to the team. Premier inn to the rescue for sure!! Thank you for being so kind!

  Seriously overpriced and under equipped. Broken air con, stained floors and skirting, no amenities at all. The only minor saviour was the lovely service from Louise. Otherwise, would not recommend at all.

  Stayed here for two nights when travelling to Scotland there and back. 1 night each way. First room was ok but the toilet was dirty with faecal matter on the toilet seat. Other than that basic but ok for a night. Staff in brewers fayre were lovely. Very polite and helped us get diner as we arrived, which was about 15 minutes before they close for orders and said it was fine to still get diner if we ordered right away. Second night on way back, everything was generally clean but there was no air con and the window didn’t open at all as it was on first floor and right near car park, there was also no fan provided which was pretty bad but they had no other rooms available.
