Okay spot. rooms were comfortable and clean but a little dated. Amazing pressure in the shower - I came out an inch shorter.

This place should be condemned. How on earth have Premier Inn let it get in to this state? #manky

As always at a Premier inn the beds were comfortable and the room was clean and well presented. Sadly the bathroom needs some attention, with stained tile's, the mirror looking like damp or mould has gotten to it around the edges. The pole holding up the netting for the window just fell off and rust was was on the towel rails. Not exactly premiere Asked for refund for a breakfast purchase as the guest did not attend. Someone simple turned into waiting 10 minutes to be told a manager will call me to organise this as no one knew how to do it. The call didn't happen.
