Nice welcome from Tracey on reception. Rooms as expected. Location good. This is how Premier Inns should be. Good location, good staff and most of all a good pub, restaurant where paying customers can relax with a nice drink and good food. Unfortunately as a long term Premier inn account holder I am looking at other hotels before Premier inn these days. This is one of the last on standings and hope to stay again.

A very tired premier inn. Pub next door being refurbished, but Hitel needs a complete renovation. Staff fabulous and aware of their building being jaded. 2 miles out of city centre, walkable but busy A7 into city. Great local taxis, with App - Radio Taxis

By far the worst Premier Inn I've ever stayed in. I say stayed but it was so bad I didnt even spend the night, I drove home instead. Everything was awful. Hallways were damp and smelled of weed. Rooms were damp and falling apart. Even the car park was awful.
