  Excellent value; great food and the most comfortable night’s sleep I’ve had in ages. The premier ‘plus’ rooms have air con which was highly appreciated on a very hot evening. The rooms are spotless and the 12 noon check out - whilst not required by many - was a real bonus as I awaited a friend. Staff were most accommodating. An excellent location to begin a trip to Northumbria, and a wonderful start to the holiday.

  We had a great experience at this hotel. The staff was welcoming and informative A special thank you to Callum and Caren whom made our stay so positive. The room was clean and the bed was so comfortable we had a great nights sleep.

  i have stayed in this hotel a few times now and every time it just gets better! never fail to have a good night sleep in this premier inn. the bed was beautiful made and was incredibly comfortable. the staff are so friendly, when i asked for some fresh towels one of the house keepers called becca got them for me she was so polite! will 100% stay here again!!!!

  Great location with decent restaurant connected. Rooms were clean and presentable thanks to housekeeping staff. Had a lovely experience with reception as I arrived. All around a lovely stay Thank you

  1 night stay with family, 2 rooms in the annex. Rooms are modern and clean. Location is excellent as a pit-stop on the way to Scotland. Gotta say tho, we will come back and explore the area and stop there again. Staff, especially Jenny on reception, are extremely helpful.
