  The shower did not work properly and then stopped working all together. Not enough towels or glasses in the room, we asked for more and the maid took them away the next day. There is no phone in the room, so each time we needed to ask for towels or get the shower fixed etc. etc. we had to go down to the front desk to ask. Definitely wouldn't stay there again.

  Hotel muy bien situado y muy tranquilo, al lado del castillo de Carrickfergus y a media hora de Belfast. Habitaciones amplias y camas muy cómodas. El desayuno muy bueno, en especial los huevos revueltos. Muy buen lugar también para cenar con tranquilidad. Y lo mejor del hotel es el personal, muy buen trabajo en la recepción y en la cafetería por parte de ellos.

  The hotel is starting to show its age. The inside does look better than the outside. There is plenty of free parking. The front desk staff was super helpful, when we accidentally left something in the room. The location is great. You can walk to town for restaurants, to the train station, to the castle, to a grocery store and along the bay. We used this as a base to explore Belfast. We took the train into Belfast, it was quick, inexpensive and it beats parking and driving in the city.
