  Check your food orders. On one occasion my meal was missing an advertised vegetable and on another I was given a different type of pizza to the one ordered!

  The breakfast I was fortunate to have on Sunday morning was better than my own home cooked. I came in and was immediately seen to by my server Lucy. I ordered a some bacon and sausage before helping myself to the continental. By the time I was sat down and enjoying my pastries, the hot food was already on its way. I can’t have asked for it cooked better, the bacon was crispy (just as I requested) and the sausages were very flavourful. Will definitely be staying again! Many thanks to the chef and serving staff!

  I had some minor issues when settling into room 311 recently, but they were kindly and quickly resolved, Sam was great at cleaning my room and lucy and her colleagues where great hosts

  Room was fine, food was good but food service was terrible, arrived for food at half 6, took order quickly but didnt recieve mains till nearly half 7, table was cleared around 20 to 8 but didnt recieve dessert until half 8, no appology and didnt tell us anything was extra in cost over the meal deal until i had gone back to the room and got a knock 9n the door at half 9,
