A lovely stay at Premier Inn Northwich South. The hotel was clean, comfortable and welcoming, with a relaxed atmosphere and everything you need for a pleasant stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was fresh, tidy and very comfortable. A great place to stay when visiting the area, with excellent value for money. I’d happily stay here again and would definitely recommend it.

I stayed in this hotel on 09.09.26. the hotel is behind a closed pub which is now boarded up. The pub used to provide the restaurant for the hotel. The only breakfast on offer was served in the corridor opposite the reception desk and consisted of an instant coffee machine, a few boxes of cereal, some satsumas, pre- packaged pain au chocolat in a plastic wrapper and some concentrated orange juice. There was nowhere to sit to eat the "breakfast". The hotel receptionist was very friendly and was doing her best but, frankly, this hotel should be closed until they have finished remodeling the pub into the extra rooms and small restaurant area that is planned. As it stands, it is a dismal place to stay - the worst premier inn experience I have ever had.

We had a wonderful experience staying here from the moment we arrived. The staff were incredibly welcoming on arrival, and when we needed help with something outside the hotel’s usual requirements the following morning, they went above and beyond to assist us. At breakfast, the staff were attentive, regularly replenishing everything and helping. We really can’t speak highly enough of the staff at this hotel. Their warmth, helpfulness and professionalism made our stay even more enjoyable. We would happily stay here again. I can’t give 5 star simply due to the bed with the rooms being a little outdated currently, but cant fault the staff.
